  1. Today, I am glad to interact with the children and listen to their comment. I really appreciate each of their generous thought and words. Sending my loving kindness to all you, and of course to parents, too. Good night!:)

  2. Thank you so much for leading these classes - my children and I are gaining so much from your teachings. My daughter really enjoyed the loving kindness component today. She said she liked being able to choose a person to focus on, and thought of a good friend who is going through a difficult time. She found this to be very profound. My daughter's friend thought of her father, with whom she has a difficult relationship. She said it was a very emotional experience - but one she was very grateful for. She also said that when she goes for acupuncture treatments, she uses the techniques you have taught her to calm her mind. Thanks again for leading these classes.

    1. I am both humbled and inspired by hearing your daughter and her friend's experience. I wish they can continue the formal practice once in a week or a month so that they can access the skill anytime they need it. Thank you for sharing the comment.
