  3. Through the experience of Meditation from you,
I realized that feeling the senses also deep breathing can help we settle down.
I tried to focus on the breath but it was difficult to ignore the passing thoughts
So next time I would like to learn about it.
Thanks to you, Erika san and Satomi san
I had a really peaceful time with others.
I’m looking forward to taking your next Meditation.
    Arigatou gozaimashita.

  4. Hello dear Hyakka,

Firstly, thank you for your comment. Secondly, I am really glad to hear that through your experience, you found meditating on body senses was helpful in settling down yourself. Also, I understand that it is a challenge to control our thoughts while meditating on breath. However, there are different meditation technique on how to cease our passing thoughts, which I will share in the coming up class. Thirdly, again thank you for sharing your meditation experience. Lastly, I am looking forward to seeing you in the next class. Have a nice week and weekend!

    Arigatou gozaimashita
