    At the day 2 practice, we studied 3 way of meditation on breathing. Please teach me again about the third way of meditation. It was the summary of "breathing with imagination".

  2. Dear Kumiko san, Thank you for your comment. I am glad to know that you are enjoying the meditation classes. Sure, I will write and post a short instruction on how to add concept to the breath movement while a person is meditating on the breath.
